Inspired by posts on the Make Blog regarding the Stoker (http://rocksbarbque.com/), a team is forming to develop a similar device based on the Make Controller Kit. So far we have an EE and an ME that think they could fake their way through programming, but it would be nice to have actual programmers on board.

We may even try to form an interstate, Internet-enabled BBQ team to compete in the Garry Maddox Barbeque Challenge at Citizens Bank Park in August.
